“I absolutely love the Love Raw chocolate I had tried, so decided to order a mystery box to try out some of the items. Unfortunately the postal box didn't actually fit in my letterbox, so I came home to a box of melted chocolate on my doorstep. Not completely the end of the world.
I contacted Love Raw, mostly just to let them know the box doesn't fit. They were quick to reply, helpful and sent me a replacement.
Again, the replacement didn't fit in my letter box but thankfully not such a hot day.
The box itself had a great range and I'm really pleased with it.”
