I try to just eat half a bag at a time, because I want to confirm that this brand of Gummies won't cause intestinal upset. So far, so good! My insides did gurgle a bit, but no unpleasant and unwanted effects, even eating an entire bag as soon as they were delivered. I am pleasantly surprised with the very full and fabulous taste.
