This is a brilliant protein shaker bottle. It has a separate compartment for my protein powder, which is a huge bonus, as it saves me carrying it around separately. There are measurements on the inside, which is super handy. The bottle is well made, and keeps my drink super cold for hours. The lid is tight, so no leaks. And it blends my protein perfectly, very smooth and no lumps.

If you buy one of these, go by the pictures, not the description. I obtained the stainless steel version and it doesn't have the protein compartment or the pill storage... or the mixing ball... all of which are heavily promoted in the sales page text. They come with the plastic versions. Not that I mind, because it was the metal one I wanted and I had been going by the pictures anyway. In place of the ball it has a cage which will perform the same function, and although it doesn't have the compartments it is generously sized, insulated, and doesn't leak. The higher price (£15 vs £9.99 for the other options) is indicative, mainly, of the insulating function which the others lack, and is fair enough I think. There are measuring lines on the inside, stamped into the metal liner. So I'm happy; just don't go by the words, go by the pictures.

I've recently got into a bit of a health kick, so got this to make it easier to have my daily protein shakes. The shaker itself is well made and I just love the light blue colour. For me it's a perfect size and so far in use I haven't found that it's leaked. The detachable mixer is good but requires more cleaning so I don't always end up using it. It's easy to drink from and I also like the handy carry strap.

This insulated stainless steel shaker holds 600ml/20oz of fluid, complete with a detachable strainer, a mat mint green coating with a laser cut logo; simple and stylish that really stands out.Although it’s designed to keep drinks and protein shakes cool, I’ve found it’s perfect for keeping coffee warm more than anything else.It maintains a reasonable drinking temperature for up to six hours ( although it says 12 hours, mine was stone cold by that point) but the 24hours for cold is reasonable.Ideal for keeping milk cold when camping ensuring it’s fresh for coffee and breakfast, also great for taking cold milk or water to bed.The insulated design works wonders for both hot and cold drinks.I like the detachable wrist strap that comes already attached to the bottle and the lid is on a swinging arm so you can’t lose it.The other day I took it with me on a dog walk along the canal, small enough that I can hold it along with the leads; and it was the perfect companion. Stopping for a breather they had their treats and I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee, a nice change from the usual routine.Having the handle made it so much easier to carry around and little things like that are what make this bottle ideal, it’s just really convenient and makes everyday moments feel a bit more special. This bottle has become more than just a shaker for me and I use it every day, it’s a go-to for my coffee, cold drinks, and even just carrying something with me on the go, and I would feel lost not having it with me now.Highly recommended.

Robust, comfortable carry strap and lots of nice design features like the well fitting lid and cap and slightly texturing on the cup outer to make it easier to hold. The inner cage is a good size for holding fruit up infuse or for helping mix up powder into the liquid contents. It looks top heavy but it's more stable than it looks and my daughter is very pleased with the overall aesthetics and sturdy but lightweight design

The vendor's web page appears to conflate two different products. The first is a silicone flask and the second is the double walled stainless steel vacuum flask which I received. My flask is painted a pale green, and bears the label "Eat Protein". It has a wide opening at the top onto which a green plastic lid is screwed. Sadly, although the body is insulated, the lid is not. The lid has a further small screw opening in its top, also not insulated, which is for drinking or pouring. The "protein" special part is a green plastic cage which can be screwed into the bottom of the lid and hangs down inside the flask. This is the "Detachable Silent Mixer" into which 'stuff' can be added. Eat Protein hope it will be their protein powders but fruit is another possibility.A QR code which suggests following it would teach me how to determine, there is nothing specific about using the flask. The flask does keep liquids suitably cold, for even longer than 24 hours, although this is hardly surprising with the outside temperatures hovering just above zero. I was interested to see how long it would keep liquids hot and conducted a number of experiments. Twelve hours is too optimistic. Boiling water had cooled to 34.7C. A second test, in my kitchen, ambient air temperature 19C saw the flask filled with boiling water for 15 minutes to preheat it, then refilled to the top with more boiling water and the lid attached. At this stage, the exterior of the flask itself had a temperature of 17C, two degrees cooler than the air temperature. After an hour the outside of the flask was 18C and the lid 31C. At the end of 4 hours the flask was 22C, the lid was 47C and I then unscrewed the lid to find the water only 51.8C. It seems clear the problem is the lack of insulation in the lid.In summary this is an excellent flask to keep liquids cool and is optimised for infusing with fruit or mixing with protein powders. However, it is not much good at keeping things hot. I had hoped it might be a useful conveyance for soup. The problem is the lid which seems to positively conduct heat. It should not be difficult to redesign the lid to rectify this.
