The healthiest, purist formula.
Our elegant formula of pure flower cutins, vegetable waxes, oils, and mineral pigments glides on smooth to protect and enhance your beauty.
Beauty with benefits.
Smart, sexy looks start with a lipstick that acts like a lip balm to moisturize without flaking or chapping. Glutenfree, FD&C dye-free, petroleum-free and fragrance-free.
Color but not too crazy.
We don’t use coal tar dyes because we err on the side of safety. All lipsticks are vegan except Claret Rose, Mauve Rose, Napa Grape, Pink Rose, Primrose, Sangria and Tuscany Rose which are colored with carmine.
Live the wonder of plant-based beauty.
Flower Cutins
The same delicate coating that protects flowers will do the same for your beauty. It keeps moisture in, pollution out, so your look stays fresh, longer.
Isopropyl Palmitate
Found in coconuts, this ingredient acts as a lubricant on the skin's surface, giving the skin a soft and smooth appearance.
Candelilla Wax
Called the “little candle”, it is a native shrub growing wild in the Chihuahua desert of Mexico. The wax gives structure and gloss to our lipstick.
Calendula Oil
This pure, clean oil is known for it’s soothing effects. It is a super-herb traditionally known for antifungal, anti-inflammatory, and antibacterial properties.
Jojoba Oil
The human skin-identical pure golden oil withstands desert dryness and it soothes and moisturizes dry lips like a lip balm.
Iron Oxide
This natural mineral found in all of our make-up is important for its non-toxic and moisture-resistant properties.
Ingredients: Castor oil, isopropyl palmitate (from coconut), candelilla wax, Vitamin E, organic calendula oil, organic chamomile oil, organic jojoba oil, flower cutins, iron oxides. Pink colors contain carmine.Net Weight: .13oz/3.7g.

This is my first experience with natural lip color and I was skeptical. I am transitioning all of my products to natural or organic options and I wasn't sure how they'd compare to my favorite Lipstick Queen, Smashbox, Urban Decay, etc. I can honestly say that Ecco Bella has impressed me. The colors are beautiful and easy to wear - light and comfortable. While they don't last as long as some of my favs, its well worth a few reapplications to know that I have a product that is much safer on my skin. Thank you for developing a wonderful product!

This formula is lightweight, moisturizing, and very pretty. I ordered the Sangria, and it is a bit more purple on than I was expecting, hoping for more of a mauve-y finish. But that said, it is pretty and I will use the tube up. It is very, very sheer, so be prepared to apply it several times to see any hint of color. But I like it and would be willing to try a different color when this one is used up.

I'm not picky about beauty, I just want to be able to add some color to my lips and be healthy at the same time. I like the low amount of ingredients and simplicity in the chemistry of this product. The color is also absolutely gorgeous!!

hi! i liked them in every way, except the colors are way too dull!!!!!!!!!!!! i was a huge fan of your dreamy lip crayons, and it was such devastating news when you discontinued them. i've been trying to find replacements for the rich, intense colors of those, but haven't been successful. darn!!! i know that you have lipglosses that are intense, but i really wish you had lipsticks that had the vibrancy i am wanting...:(...

Finally found a lipstick that doesn't wear off quickly! It stays on and the absolute most beautiful color. Won't wear any other lipstick.

As usual, it is very difficult to match the color shown on website to the actual Lipstick. Was looking for a more natural lip color that brings the natural color of Human Lips back to their child-like color. As we age, our lips fade and lose their once lovely darkish color. The Claret Rose did NOT meet my expectations. Way too red, not natural looking at all. Not sure what to do with the lipstick now. Don't think I can return?

Perfect color for using on "sun kissed" areas of my face. Touches of this color on the bridge of my nose, upper face cheeks, chin, and forehead gives my face a more natural glow, instead of too much rosey cheeks.
