Our FlowerColor Powder Eyeliner Refills are so easy to use wet or dry with a Q-tip or an eyeliner brush for the most natural looking, foolproof eyeliner. Just dampen an eyeliner brush and dip into the eyeliner powder. Gently glide liner brush over the base of your eyelashes, add a coat of our FlowerColor Natural Mascara and you’re done…beautifully! If you need a compact for your powder eyeliner, our Paperback Duo Compact or Paperback Single Eye Shadow Compact with Well would be perfect. Size: 0.05 oz. Made in the USA.

“It's great that these products lack harsh chemicals & are animal loving vegan but I wouldn't buy them if I didn't love them on me. Great news! I love how they look & how they wear. I will definitely recommend them & buy again.”

“I've never been very good at applying eyeliner, either pencil, wet, or any other way. I've been using the wrong products! I gently wet the eyeliner brush, run it across the color, and it smoothly glides across my lid. No harsh lines, feathering, or smudging. This is the first time I've gotten complete coverage in two swipes! It doesn't irritate my eyes with chemicals, and I don't even remember I have it on during the day. The best part is that it stays on all day yet is super easy to remove with water in the evening. I LOVE THIS EYELINER!”
