To say the Boon Broth is tasty is an understatement. It makes water easy to drink. Of course, anything with an organic form of calcium and vitamin D does help support bone health; so yes, Boon Broth does support bone health and i recommended it for pets.

Why Boon Broth works so well. Animals and fish seek nutrients from plants and algae. Instead of getting those nutrients second-hand from animal bones, we go to the source of all life, the sea. Here we obtain sea plants which are so naturally rich in calcium and 72 trace minerals to support robust skin, joints, digestion, bones and beauty. It’s just as nature intended.
Why animal bone broth works so poorly. Animals are fed terrible food, hormones and antibiotics. Their bodies contain heavy metals. Why? Because animal production is an exploitive industry that is focused on profit and not health. Even grass-fed animals are unhealthy to eat. Add to that the side effects of deforestation, excessive water use and climatechange gases. Plant-based broth wins hands-down.
Time Magazine: Science Can't Explain Why Everyone is Drinking Bone Broth
"The idea that because bone broth or stock contains collagen it somehow translates to collagen in the human body is nonsensical, " says Dr. William H. Percy, an associate professor and biomedical scientist at the University of South Dakota who has spent more than three decades studying the ways the human gut breaks down and absorbs the food we eat. "Collagen is actually a pretty poor source of amino acids," he says. https://time.com/4159156/bone-broth-health-benefits/

"I formulated this broth because I am a soup person! Soup is so soothing and restorative. It’s a must have for me both in winter and summer. For this product, we turned to the sea and to the bounty of plants. I wanted delicious flavor that also has restorative benefits. So, I chose bioabsorbable plant calcium, minerals, plant protein and more for this product. This product satisfies the “hungry-feeling,” it delivers richly beneficial nutrients and makes you happy! Conversely, the hype of animal bone broth, belies a product that is bad for people, the planet and animals. Animal products create health and climate havoc. But, Boon Broth delivers on its promise to help you feel good inside and out without harm to animals. I am very happy to make Boon Broth for you and me!"

"The Boon Broth is quite delicious, and far exceeded my expectations of what it would taste like. I have to admit that I am one of those people who believe that if something is really good for you, it won’t taste good. So happy I was wrong on the taste expectation and really pleased with all of the wonderful health-giving ingredients. Being able to make the broth and add leftover vegetables will allow me to have a quick, filling, low-calorie and nutritious lunch. Compare the cost of one serving to a takeout soup from the local deli."

"As a long-time vegan, the craze of animal bone broth has frustrated me because I know the supposed 'benefits' are not all they're worked up to be - considering the environment the animals are raised in and the byproducts that are in these broths. That's why I'm so happy that we have created a wonderful vegan alternative - one that actually works and has many more health benefits than the animal version. The taste is divine and if I don't enjoy it alone, I put it in soups, gravies, and sauces. This was just what I was looking for in my vegan health routine. I look forward to it daily."

Boon Broth Savory Bone Broth Vegan Soup Powder - High Calcium Vegan Broth Powder with 72 Trace Minerals - Vegan Bone Broth Powder for Sipping Broth, Fasting Soup & The Bone Broth Diet - Veggie BrothLast week my co-worker had a box of beef bone broth. I asked her about it and she told me her husband bought it but she won't drink it because it's disgusting. I looked at the packaging and I was very intrigued because of the protein contents compared to the calories. She told me to help myself. As soon as I opened the package I began to realize I had made a terrible mistake. The smell was awful. It only got worse when I added the hot water to it. I had an extremely hard time finishing the cup, but I did force myself to, as I don't EVER waste food.I saw this BOON Broth a day after that experience. I figured I'd order it as a joke and let her try it with me to see if it was as bad as the bone broth. To both of our surprise, this was so much better tasting. The smell right off the bat when opening the package was actually appetizing. It actually looked much better before and after adding the water. The ratio of protein to calories was even more impressive. And on top of that there seem to be additional health benefits on top of what we were already expecting. I think for the right price I would definitely be willing to stock up on this stuff. It's very healthy and it fills you up really well so you don't go looking for junk food or something else to snack on.

This is a great sipping broth. I got it because some of my best friends are vegetarian and I wanted something I could use to flavor soups when I cook for them. I also like sipping bone broth, but my husband can't stand the taste of it alone. Which brings me to Boon Broth. I made some tonight and was planning on using it as a base for soup but it was really good on its own. Even my husband like it, a lot! The flavor is not too strong, and it doesn't taste like vegetable broth, it reminded me more of a good chicken noodle soup. Besides being delicious it's packed with nutrients, plus no harmful herbicides.

I cook healthy food daily for my family. To be able to add more nutrients just by adding one or two table spoon of this powder broth is wonderful. My picture shows the soup I cooked with vegetables and tofu plus two spoons of this boon broth. Yes, I added my own spice. My family loves the soup. No one experienced any after taste or unpleasant smell.

I'm drinking this just mixed with hot water after work ; I come home hungry in afternoon and dog needs me--out the door with this stuff having not eaten all day. It's not filling, but somewhat satisfying for what it is. It's mildly flavored; tastes like nutritional yeast with hint of chicken(like) broth-- specs of green suggest parsley -of -sorts. It's a bit "chalky- residue" in bottom of cup. Now, you can't boil this stuff as you would want as a soup base. That's inconvenient. Cuts options of use to drinking as a beverage or adding into a soup, I guess, in one's serving bowl at table. I assume you're directed not to boil because compromises nutritional properties. For these reasons I find it rather limited, overall. Ill finish this bag, enjoy it okay. Likely not a continued customer.

This is a surprisingly good vegan "bone" broth. Like really good. And it's not too salty which is a problem with a lot of broths in general, particularly when they need some flavor. This had little salt that i even had to add some to my soup --but that's perfectly allright in my book. It's much easier to add a little salt to taste than trying to water down your soup to cut the extra salt of other broths. This makes your soup into an opaque, yellow liquid. This would be a five star product except that the bag is really small. By their own serving suggestions it only has enough for 5 servings with 12oz of water each. That's pretty pricey. So i would recommend it for the flavor --if you can afford it.

We ordered the Boon Broth Savory Vegan Soup Powder, 4 oz packet. While the broth itself is good and healthy the price is a bit over what the other brands are charging for the same Vegan Soup.

I just wanted to express how much I love Ecco Bella's Vegan Boon Broth! Animal bone broth has been on the rise recently due to its supposed health benefits. I am gluten free and struggle with PCOS and Hypothyroidism and beef broth is what is typically suggested to me. However, I do not consume red meat so beef broth is absolutely out of the question and somewhere inside of me I couldn't help but think that there had to be a better healthier way of getting the similar benefits and taste animal broth provides. And that's when I tried out your vegan boon broth and fell in love!
