“Had an awful experience with the brand. They added an automatic discount code to my cart which meant none of my order was refundable. This wasn’t made clear to me at the check out and is incredibly miss leading. I returned the items that didn’t fit me and they have put all of my money into a gift card. Really unhelpful and disappointing customer service. This experience has ruined the brand for me, sadly.”
