“The items looked like great quality, but unfortunately, they were too small, so I wanted to exchange them for the next size up. However, that size was out of stock. I ended up paying $10.95 to return them and was only given a gift card credit, which I find completely unacceptable. If the correct size isn't available, a full refund should be provided, especially since there's no physical store to try on items. What happens if the next pair I try doesn't fit? Will I have to pay another $10.95 to return them? For reference, I typically wear a small in Lorna Jane or LSKD tights.”
