“I never received them so can’t tell you how they were and when I asked for them to be swapped I got told no and I had to send back the other pants I received instead which I sent back and still haven’t received my refund so I’ll never order through echt again!”
“I didn’t get them and the pants that I did receive you guys won’t refund till I have returned them so I’m stuck with a pair of pants I never ordered all because you guys were too lazy to check the barcode and name on the packet. Will never order from you again. Still have not received my refund either which I’m not impressed by considering I have sent the pants back. I knew this would happen!”
