“I bought 3 of these sweaters, one in store and 2 online. After the first wash on cold and hand wash setting they completely fell apart even after hang drying. Return policy is they have to be unwashed. I emailed customer service but no response. Frustrating because i really needed new work clothes and don’t have a lot of money, i really liked the fit and seemed good quality, but spent $100 on clothes that could only be worn once. I got a crew neck version which feels same material and that one was fine even after a few washes”
“comfy and soft ! cute simple piece, just be careful not to put in dryer as pilling will happen (luckily sales associate in store was able to warn me on this)”
