“I would love to write a review on my recent order but I NEVER received it yet, it was suppose to be delivered on Feb 23,2026 and I am still waiting. I asked for a refund on my credit card and was told I have to wait till they find out where the parcel it. I ordered the parkas at the beginning of February hoping to get it for a birthday gift. I am very disapointed and don't think I will ever order from Eclipse again. This is not good customer service.”
