Please don’t ship internationally if you’re not going to absolve the customer of these issues. We have never had to pay customs for anything we ordered from abroad because it’s usually included for international businesses and they mention it as an item at the bottom of the “receipt” at the checkout page. Please also mention your manufacturer on the product page so we can understand that it’s not you and that the manufacturer is also closer to us in geographical proximity than you as the resellers. The website is also not well integrated with the emails since we couldn’t click on the product from the emails sent to us. Moreover, the product pages are also of poor quality as they offer different colors but clicking doesn’t update, etc.”
