“ordered green egg trays via phone call. Got yellow instead. service manager took order incorrectly. will not take back wrong colored cartons. Said I had to be more specific in color when ordering. How much specific can you be when calling in a order and speaking to the manager requesting to order Green cartons on your web site. This is only a 2 person running business escalation is impossible when your order is wrong. They wont let you speak to owners. Very unsatisfied. wouldn't order here again or even recommend others to do so.”
