“Most shakers have those metal springs, which i personally found a little hard to clean and would sometimes have extra stuff stuck in between. Their plastic design really makes shaking life just a little bit easier. And it looks a bit cooler than a spring.”
“I’ve had two of these bottles included as a gift with my supplements and I’m really glad I didn’t spend any money on them. On the first one, the lid is very leaky even when I have it screwed on all the way.
They are also very breakable. I learned this when the other bottle fell off a bench at the gym and immediately shattered, spilling my oxyshred all over the locker room floor. I would not recommend this product”
