“This helped me with my energy levels, I definitely feel more energised throughout my day as I’m lethargic from sleeping troubles. It’s not a big deal, but if there were to be improvements on this product, I’d love it to have a better taste as there’s something about the plainness of the capsule that takes me a few breaths before I’m able to swallow.”
