“I've been taking Hardcore for 3 weeks now, as of 11/13, so this review is based off weeks everyday. I’ve taken it on 15 minutes before a sesh on training days and first thing in the morning with 12 oz of water on non-training days. I’ve definitely noticed the pump and excessive amount of sweat I get when I’m working out, which I love. Taking Hardcore definitely gives me the focus and push I need to get more reps in. On non-training days, I’ve noticed that for the first 4-5 hours of my day, I have that boost of energy to work done, so no need for coffee. However, I don’t notice the appetite suppressant effect. To be fair though, I always wake up hungry because I do a lot of strength training and cardio everyday at night, and only have a small meal before bed since I workout late and have work early in the morning.
In terms of taste, I love it. Reminds me of the FunDip candy! However, it can be a little too sweet so take with 12-16 oz of water.”
