“I’ve tried a few different pre workouts, not a fan of the tingly feeling and this doesn’t give you that! It’s not so much of a focus pre workout but you do feel a lot of energy while working out. Gave me a little bit of anxiety but nothing water and a meal can’t fix. I don’t get that feeling much anymore and I’ve been taking it for about a week now. It most definitely helps you go harder at the gym which I absolutely love! I also pair this with their creatine and let me tell you.. my muscle have been making a very nice appearance and I am loving it! I will be repurchase this pre workout. As for the flavor I’m not a big fan BUT if you use 10oz of COLD water it taste much better then using less water and room temperature water.”
