It makes it easy for me to work into my routine knowing that I can look forward to drinking it. Most importantly, I can feel it working. Not in a jittery sense, but with a steady energy flow. I definitely sweat more during my workouts so I know it's doing the job. It's worth the investment for me on my weight loss journey (and possibly beyond).”
