My fav has to be Strawberry Sunrise and Cosmic Stardust as far as flavor is concerned….for now. I’ve used Oxyshred as pre workout (because there’s no beta alanine) and it gives me the perfect amount of energy. I’ve also used it first thing in the morning before work to help with focus and morning fatigue. I’ve even used it without working out and it always produces results and without side effects. I get a little warm but never to the point I’m uncomfortable and I live in Texas. I’m seriously so obsessed with EHPLabs and their products. I started using them a few months ago and because of Oxyshred, I never want to buy from another brand again.”

First and foremost, it tastes amazing! I love the tropical flavors. Passion fruit and guava are some stand outs. Very fruity and tart which is super pleasant. It’s not too sweet!
This does not make me shaky or make my chest hurt. I have high blood pressure which I take medication for, and this does not impact it all.
I get so much more out my workouts and this puts me in the best mood! I often have to take this later in the day since I prefer to workout at night and I haven’t noticed it messing with my sleep schedule!
