I've tried the Cosmic Blast and Kiwi Strawberry and they are both Scrump. I usually don't like very sweet drinks but I add more water than the directions says and tons of ice and the taste is perfect! I think it has helped me burn more body fat, however, I don't think that it curbs my appetite because I do find myself getting hungrier than usual sometimes (and I eat every couple hours or so).
