4-5 months ago I was feeling sluggish and always tired. My co-worker suggested this product. I'm not usually a fan of any kind of powder added to my drinks but I was desperate for some pep in my step. She said that it wouldn't make me jittery or anxious (I didn't believe it but again... desperate). I tried one scoop and I was hooked! Within 15 minutes I felt a surge or energy but I wasn't jittery AT ALL. My mind felt clear and focused.
So I bought my own container and I absolutely noticed a difference in my fatigue and clarity. I encouraged my husband to start using it and he had the same effects.
HOWEVER, a few days ago I let myself run out (I forgot to order) and went without for 4 days. On Monday, I was miserable at work. I could hardly stay awake, felt moody and just rundown. We do the strawberry kiwi and it's good. I do recommend adding to a bottle of water and shaking very well. I actually shake between each drink too.
