“I like the OxySleep product but with everything there's pros and cons. It says take 15 minutes before bed because you may start to feel tired as soon as you take it, I didn't find this was the case but whenever I do use OxySleep once I do finally fall asleep I stay asleep for minimum 9 hours which is nice. The flavour really isn't that good though, it does taste like apples but it has almost a creamy/cloudy texture rather than resembling apple juice. Other reviews have also said flavour isn't that great but other than a not so great flavour (which is reasonably easy to get used to) I do enjoy using it.”
“OMG - I couldn’t believe when I tried it how fast I was falling asleep, I had such a good sleep too when I woke up the next morning and the taste was so yumyy. Although I think 1 scoop is a bit too much as it wasn’t dissolving all of it so might try half a scoop next time.”

On the pack it directs you to drink it right before bed, I recommend this as it knocks me out instantly but doesn't leave me groggy. I actually feel a lot better the next day, its like I have an extra boost of energy without that cafine feeling so I can do another workout.”
“As someone who suffers with insomnia, I was very sceptical about this product. Although it is not as affective as those with no issues, it definitely makes falling asleep easier, the biggest difference has been in the quality of sleep, I wake up feeling like I had the best sleep regardless of the hours. The only thing is the taste, I saw a lot reviews on this and thought I would be fine as usually this doesn’t bother me. I got the strawberry daiquiri flavour and really struggled to drink it on its own, it is extremely sickly sweet but now I just mix it with BCAAs and I’m good. The powder needs to settle a while before it dissolves as well which doesn’t bother me.”
