“I think it’s too sweet for me. Maybe if I add more water not sure if that’s ok since I am following the instructions. But it’s not so bad it’s only a couple of Oz. Easy to drink. But is it doing what it say it’s supposed to do. Yessssss I got the no caffeine thermo and I feel like I still get energy. I had a really good workout and was able to push my self more. No funny feelings just an all natural energy. I’ve also been using the restroom more than once and that makes me happy because only going once didn’t feel normal. My waistline is liking smaller and I don’t feel bloated. Can’t wait to give you guys a review and results when I’m done with bottle and fitness challenge”
