“I don’t like things that taste fake. I’m not disappointed with the taste of this product at all. With some ice, it’s so refreshing. Almost like a thirst quencher. When it comes to benefits, I am a regularly bloated person that struggles with using the restroom. As soon as I take this in an empty stomach. I’m able to go and be bloat free throughout the day. It has given me energy and has me feeling clean. I had no adverse reaction to it so thank God for that since apparently the older you get, the more delicate you become lol”
