I get really bloated through out the day and now that I take it first thing in the morning, I don’t get bloated anymore. my energy and skin has been better too idk if it’s from this or not lol I drink it w orange juice but w water it’s even really good. I got the guava flavor! once i’m finished i’ll definitely be buying again, try another flavor for sure.”
