“I take Oxyshred as my pre-workout so I don't really notice the added energy from Beyond BCAA during my workouts but it doesn't mean it doesn't work. What I love is the less soreness because of the muscle recovery ingredients on this. Both my sister and I have noticed the muscle recovery portion really works! We're less sore or not sore at all the next day or my most dreaded 2nd day delayed onset soreness. It has a weird taste and aftertaste but I've gotten used to it that I don't notice it anymore.”
