“I’ve tried numerous brands over the years and I cannot recommend this product enough to clients and friends aspiring to be healthier as well as old friends I’ve competed with. Both the chocolate severance and vanilla ice cream are house hold go-tos; especially for smoothies!! The vanilla ice cream flavor gives a creamy taste to smoothies making it more desert like. The chocolate is more like an Ovaltine and, unlike others, does not get a chalky taste or consistency. I also like that these are not sweetened so it is not like drinking a mouthful of stevia flavored water. I’ve also used these in smoothies with my nieces and nephews and they’re a huge hit with my under 8 crowd.”

The morning for my mid break / lunch and it tastes great i work a night shift helps me keep going till i workout after work, the flavor in milk is great, flavor in water is great.
