“I've started using the IsoPept after my workout and it had been working well. I will say that I tend to get a bit gassy a little while afterwards, but besides that I say it is a really good protein. I have the vanilla flavor and it goes well with everything and it mixes superb with whatever drink you put it in. A must have if trying to build lean muscle”
