“Unfortunately, I have not had the best customer service experience. I had emailed the day I received my order that half (6/12) were destroyed in transit and that the box was all wet. I received an email back asking if they could send me a replacement for them. I replied yes back. I emailed a follow up email 4 days later to question about the replacement and did not receive anything back. I emailed again to follow up and still have not recieved any communication. I am disppointed in the lack of customer service. I do know things can be damaged in transit but there should be a solution for that. I orginally got one box to try them out to see if I would subscribe and get them frequently. Unfortunately, regardless of taste and use, I will be refraining. I also understand that they might not care about "just one" customer's review as they probably have many loyal customers. Just disappointed is all.”
