“Oxyshred OG (powder) has never gave me enough energy. But i take it daily to suppress my appetite since I’m up at 4:30am and don’t have a chance for breakfast until 10am.
Oxyshred Ultra energy worked just as well!!! Again not too crazy caffeinated (180mg) which is a perfect morning wake me up or a mid day pick me up. Personally never use it as an actual pre-workout (it all depends on your personal caffeine tolerance) but I am legit shocked on how much I liked this.
