“Tastes great but honestly doesn’t do jack-all for weight loss people. If you want energy/caffeine, cool this is for you. If you’re taking it for the theoretical “thermogenic” effect just stop. Go read a study. This will burn the equivalent of 5 individual skittles. Im interested to know how this got past the FDA as it contain guar gum, which is banned from being in any “weight low supplements” but who doesn’t like esophageal or small bowel obstructions.”
