Every work morning, I start off with greens, fat burners, and glutamine. I'll take my gallon of iced water to work for use with other products in this bundle. Before lunch, I'll take the AquaProtein. Before I leave work or when I get home, it's Beyond time. I've found myself drinking lots of water lately. I have yet tried Crea-8 in a stack, I have to figure out my exercise routine first.
