“I've been a EHP customer for a while now and first time I tried the blessed protein I was a fan but after this last time ordering it wasn't a pleasant experience. I purchased the 3 protein blessed protein 30 servings bundle which I believe was $119.00 plus I got the multivitamins so the totals came up to at least close to $150.00 after taxes and shipping. My box cane in the box was destroyed I opened it up and the protein containers were dented and felt extremely hot. My first reaction was I spent a lot of money to have received my order in this condition. I reached out to the company by email since that seemed to be the only way to get in contact with someone which didn't sit well with me either. I explained what happened and sent photos of the tubs. The person who responded back practically brushed it off like it was no big deal and didn't offer to exchange it for me which I feel would have been the most professional thing to do. I expressed my concerns about the quality of the powder being effected because it was obviously dirty in the heat for long periods of time for the tubs to be that hot. Fast forward I used 2 out of the 3 tubs after the email correspondence it was the strawberry milk and the vanilla chai the s'mores flavor I was saving for a little later. Well I just recently opened the s'mores flavor and let me tell you I know the way it taste couldn't have been normal it had a metallic metal taste to it the first time trying it. At first I was thinking ok maybe it's just me tripping to I tried it 2 more times and added a banana ntonsee if it would help the taste at all it was worse. I end up reaching out to the company again through Facebook and explained the whole story again and again they failed to offer me any resolution to the problem beside to give me a small discount for me to order something else I'm thinking why would you think it would be fair for me to spend even more if my money after being unsatisfied with this purchase I just made?? And further more how is that even a fair offer?? I was told that it would be brought up to somebody higher in the chain but have yet been contacted back reguarding this matter as a matter of fact they stopped communicating with me even after I still responded back to the comments on messenger. I'm not going to continue to patronize any company that doesn't have the common decency to address their customers appropriately after they've spent a good amount of money with them I just can't do it will not do it. I held back from writing this review but after being ignored I felt it was nessesary for me to write it now. Treat your customers better were spending good money during a pandemic and starving economy so not cool. FYI the strawberry and chai flavor were ok however it did taste much grittier then it normally does which was odd.”
