“Even though there was tampering of my delivery when shiped by unknown sources. Overall this protein plant based powder is easy to make and easily dissolves I don't even need to blend or shake. Simply add water and stir with a spoon and instantly it dissolves. It has helped improve my bowl movement and lands good on my stomach. I can go on.. to make long story short.
