“Little early to tell if it's helping with my gains but I do like that it's filling. I don't like that it is so hard to dissolve. My 12 year old actually called it "hydrophobic"(science class haha) because it refuses to blend even after vigorous stirring for forever. It has a sandy mouthful that I don't like and the charro flavor isn't my favorite. Would give a different flavor another chance because I like the formula other than texture and flavor.”
