“The Acetyl L-cartnitine and oxyshred pack I purchased did not make any difference to my routine workouts, I take as instructed on packaging and it does not assist in anyway wether it be increasing metabolism on rest days or improving my workout , my previous supplement of use was the rule1 pump and i could notice a fair difference during my workouts, I’d love to get some more info and if someone from the ehp team can contact me and help me that would be great, if I don’t notice any difference by the time I finish of the containers sadly I won’t be a returning customer”
