“"Highway to health" is my description for the lymphatic system. This one piece jumpsuit is a vehicle on that highway and it felt energizing from the moment I put it on. I purchased the jumpsuit because it has the most MicroPerle coverage all in one piece of compression clothing. With that being said, I bought it with the expectation that it would have the same amount of compression as other pieces I have purchased. Le Cha-Cha Jumpsuit has less compression: 73% Polyamide, 27% Elastane as compared to 57% Polyamide, 43% Elastane in the Lisse and L'Original line. It is easy to put on because it has less compression than many of the other Elastique pieces. With that being said, my personal experience and recommendation is to size down. I wear a M in the Lisse leggings. I bought a S jumpsuit and I could also be comfortable in XS. Most days, I either wear the jumpsuit or I wear Elastique leggings and bra while I rebound or walk. I plan to wear the jumpsuit under my jeans on an 18-hour flight to Asia this summer.
Here's my story (for those interested in a longer review): My journey to feeling the best I have ever felt in my 56 years of life began a year ago when I discovered the benefits of flushing the lymphatic system and its connection to many aspects of health, including reduced swelling, improved circulation, boosted immunity, detoxification and an overall improved sense of well-being.
