Hi Richard, Thank you for taking the time to leave your thoughts. I would imagine you perhaps pressed on the gift card three times which is why it 'magically' appeared as three. Any issues with this sort of thing and we are more than happy to help. We are very quick to reply to emails when we're in the office from 9 until 5, Monday to Friday. Unfortunately we didn't reply to your email which was sent on Friday as 6pm until Monday as our team try their best to maintain a work life balance, and aren't in the office over the weekend. Choosing who you would like to send a gift card to is also standard practice. Otherwise, we would not know who to send the gift card to. You're right that scheduling a gift card to be sent would be nice but unfortunately it's not something which our e-commerce provider, Shopify, currently offers. Thanks, Matthew
