During the 3 hrs session we reviewed a game (errors and decision making), discussed about tips and tricks of main champ and then jumped into micro and macro mechanics reviews (ie: vision, wave control, how to play - top lane - when winning/losing/even matchup, how to boost your team with your advantage).
Then we had another game with "live" coaching.
