We started a lesson with him spectating my game, after he give me a lot of insight about how to increase my winconditions ans a jungler.
We talked a lot about vision and macro.
At the end we went over runes and item builds.
The coach gave me also notes in the end with the information, so you dont have to memorize everything right away.
