I have purchased a recumbent bike and I love it, I have had 3 spinal fusions and this allows me to exercise in my own home without the massive gym fees, I am going to Bali with my adult children next year and I am looking forward to being much more mobile by then

I am finding the treadmill a convenient and effective method of improving my thigh strength, which all 80 year olds need to do.

Suggesting additional information in the Assembly Instructions Fig 8 :- "set the tension control knob to minimum position". Our bike came with the knob set medium which shortens the cable and makes connecting the tension cable difficult. Suggest colour coding or tagging the electrical cable plugs and sockets as there are identical plugs and sockets that can be crossed over.

Having purchase an Endurance Treadmill, I was hoping to rejuvenate the muscles in my right leg. They had seized and were like blocks of wood! They made it extremely painful to walk or stand. Using the treadmill, I still go through pain, but it is different pain, and I now have some strength returning to the leg. In four sittings, I’m covering 15 - 20 mins in a day. My mindset is so much better now, I feel so positive about getting better. Many thanks.
