“Not the fastest service we have experienced but Endurance has people at the other end who responded and then replied to questions (often the other sellers do not even reply to questions) so Endurance has my compliments. The delivery by COPE worked well. COPE hung on to our delivery when we told them we were away and then delivered when we got back. The Spirit treadmill we chose turned out to be just as the specifications on the web site. The treadmill was easy to unpack and the instructions were adequate to enable us to set the machine up. It is a reasonable size machine and fits into our bedroom. It is early days yet for us but it appears the machine will do all that we were expecting it to do. The controls are intuitive and easy to use. As older folk we were not looking for a high end machine that we could run on so the Spirit model suits us very well though by its evident robustness I am sure it would suit younger and more adventurous users as well.”

The belt length works well for me (5'7"), the kids and my taller husband (6'5"). The interface is very easy to use. Ideally, it would be great if it had a 'pause' feature, but its absence doesn't diminish the quality and usability.”
