“The treadmill is fantastic. Very cushioning and supportive, the incline levels are great, handy speed and incline buttons on the hand rails. Super easy to fold up and unfold for use. I did have an issue with the customer service though, not being informed of delays (over 40 days later than initially advised). I understand there are unavoidable delays at the moment but I was not contacted with any updates and had to follow up with Endurance several times.”
