“After deciding that my gym membership was being wasted by only getting to the gym once every 3 weeks, I decided to save my money and invest in this instead. I researched A LOT! I was determined to buy a treadmill that both I and my husband could run on… not just walk or do a “light jog” (which almost all “running treadmills” will state as their disclaimer).
Both of us are shorter than 180cm and weigh in the low 70kgs. My hubby is a runner…. I am not!
In saying all that we both find this machine very easy to run on. The running pad is a good length and width for both of us. You really notice the suspension making it easier on your knees when running and the level adjustments both on the screen and the arms are super easy and simple.
I love the automatic incline and on the nights that I don’t have the effort to run I tend to do a speedy walk at level 20 incline. I must admit I haven’t yet tried out the programs so can’t really comment on those.
Other reviews have pointed out that it is noisy, and I would have to agree… the beeps that occur when you turn it on, press start, and adjust speed/levels is quite loud (especially if you’re worried about a sleeping baby in the next room), but honestly that is my only complaint- and it hasn’t stopped me using it at all.
The machine is relatively compact, the hydraulic lift is fantastic and none of my children know how to pull it down which means they stay well away from it (which was a concern prior to purchasing).
The service was also excellent and super fast- the delivery driver even called me the morning of delivery to organise the most appropriate time to deliver.
