“Thanks for the amazing and wonderful service I received it was quick and easy to order. The actual treadmill I ordered wasnt available for 2 more weeks so I was offered a free upgrade which was a fantastic surprise. Looking forward to losing some weight and feel better thanks again for your assistance. The only thing that wasn't satisfying was that it was left at my front door for all to see while we were at work after being told that i would be receiving a phone call to arrange delivery and it didn't happen. I had to make 4 calls to find out the delivery status. More communication would top my experience off.

“I have had an Endurance treadmill before and was very happy with it. I am sure this one will be no different. My only complaint is that the delivery driver told me he would not be coming into my house. I was left to literally drag a very heavy treadmill from my deck into my house. It would have taken the two of us about 20 seconds to just carry it through my front door into my lounge. Not a very good advert for your company.”
