“Ordered the “2” quilted topper, but it is more like 1.5 inches. Very thin, almost like a mattress pad. The foam used was quite firm so did not solve my problem in softening up a firmer mattress. Did also not realize mattress pads were non returnable so I am out $130. Bummer”

“The mattress we did receive is great but I would have to say the customer service is "top notch". They went above and beyound to make sure everything was great. Unfortunately we ordered a matress and it was to firm for our liking (not their fault as we thought we needed a firm matress). I contacted them after 30 days of trying it out and explained it wasn't good for me. They said they could replace it with another one or refund our money. We elected to try another one and it worked out great. No delays, no excuses.”
