“Very high-quality mattress for the price. As good as the mattress is, the customer service is even better. I made a mistake with my billing address when I ordered and they fixed it right away so it didn't delay shipment. I was trying to time the delivery to coordinate with a move and they worked with me on it so it was delivered the exact day I was moving in, even checking to make sure I would be there. Highly recommend!”

Every aspect of the process was pleasant and handled with excellent customer service: visiting the showroom, asking questions and making my choice, ordering my mattress, delivery and set up. “Have not had it ling but it is what I hopef it would be. Our back pain is gone, no longer waking up several times a night. I hope it continues to be firm and hold its shape. Very comfortable. We are pleased.”

“This company aims to please customers. A representative walked us through the factory, explained their process, and showed us the different materials they use. Employees seem to remain with the company for a long while, which is a good sign. All workers, from the manager and salesmen to the deliverymen, were knowledgeable and courteous. They manufactured and delivered our mattress as promised. I gave four stars because we've only slept on the mattress for a few weeks so we're still assessing. But if we are dissatisfied, sounds like Engineered Sleep will do as much as possible to ensure we're happy with our purchase. I plan to buy more products from them in the future and highly recommend Engineered Sleep.”
