“This mattress is extra firm and very comfortable with a 3" mattress topper. I have slept on the bed for about a week and wake up more refreshed and less achy than I have in the past. I recommend this bed to anyone who is over 200lbs and wants a supportive bed. The bed makes creaking noises with significant movement ( I am using my own boxtop, not sure if that affects the mattress springs).”

“Customer service experiences with this purchase were outstanding. We are so excited to have this firm, flippable (!!!!!) mattress. We decided we'd give it some time before we decided if we would like to add a topper or not, So far, we're really enjoying this mattress. We're both sleeping better than we had been on our old one by a long shot. My partner is even snoring less! I've already recommended Engineered Sleep to friends and family.”

“Was originally sent a mattress with the wrong firmness but the support team immediately sent out the replacement and arranged for pickup of the original mattress at no extra cost. The Extra-Firm was exactly what I wanted and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for a firm bed. While the mattress is very firm, the thin layer of foam at the top provides a comfortable support for your spine and hips. I don't believe you will find a better mattress at this price point.”
