The Compostable Wheelie Bin Liners from BioBag are perfect to keep your garden waste bin and your food waste bin clean and tidy. They are much stronger than other compostable bin liners on the market and are suitable for all of your garden waste such as twigs, grass and hedge trimmings.
The Wheelie Bin Liners are breathable, allowing moisture in food and garden waste to evaporate. This allows the contents of your bin dry out, helping to prevent mould formation and significantly reducing odours and smells too. The bags act as an effective barrier to viruses, bacteria, spores and mould, keeping your bin clean and free of nasties.
Use the Wheelie Bin Liners to line your bin, and when the bin is emptied, the bag along with its content will be tipped into the bin lorry ready for composting. Simply replace the liner each time your bin is emptied.
How to use the Compostable Wheelie Bin Liners
Please read the information on the side of each liner first
When full, don’t lift the liner from the wheelie bin
To help ensure the bag remains intact for the two weeks between collections, keep your wheelie bin out of direct sunlight. The heat will accelerate the break-down process.
Avoid putting grass cuttings into the liner until close to the bin collection date. Grass cuttings generate lots of heat as they begin to compost, so are likely to start the liner break-down process.
Please note, the Compostable Wheelie Bin Liners should be used within 12 months of purchase.
