“I love each of these products individually and was so glad to see I could get them in a bundle. My hounds always are getting into something and we love how gently and clarifying the neem based shampoo and jojoba conditioner are on their skin/coat. The skin lotion is so helpful for yeasty spots, scratches, bites and hot spots.”

I have also been using the lotion, but I don’t see a difference. Given the price I paid, I am disappointed. I was really hoping this would help her.”
“I ordered the product based on comments in certain reviews stating how well it worked to neutralize strong odor on dogs when other products did not work at all. My experience was totally unsuccessful. Within minutes after using products as instructed on the dog having ordered issues, the strong odor is back. I’ve used the product 4 times and each time is the same ... odor persists. I’ll use the product until gone and then won’t purchase again.”
“The day I bought the bone dog products I found out that my dog had allergies and I couldn’t possibly using it. Customer service didn’t respond to my inquiry if we could stop the order and I never heard back after. i’ll find a use for it for one of my friends dogs but I was sad that the customer service is so bad.”
“I have a Cocker Spaniel with skin issues due to alergies. He is in a long coat show groom and requires weekly baths. I found this shampoo and conditioner leaves his coat flat and a bit greasy. I left the products on for about 20 minutes. His coat is soft, and they didn't irrigate his skin, which was my reason for purchase. They did not stop his scratching, which is more than an external issue, as anyone whom has a dog with skin conditions knows. The lotion didn't work at all. These products may work better on a dog with short hair. I would not recommend them for a long haired dog like a Cocker Spaniel. There is no miracle cure for dogs with these issues. It takes many steps to control skin breakouts, beginning with food choices, probiotics, supplement support. These products didn't cause any negative reaction which is why I didn't send them back, however, I would not purchase them again.”
